The appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know in writing as early as possible (WhatsApp, SMS or email).
Any request made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time allows the appointment to be moved, subject to availability.
The new appointment must be booked within seven days of the request, but may take place later depending on the slots available.
For an initial assessment, the patient may choose between rescheduling and a refund of the amount paid to confirm it.
If an appointment is cancelled or a change requested less than 48 hours beforehand, an exceptional reschedule may be offered, subject to availability.
Only one exceptional reschedule may be granted per appointment. The new slot must be booked within seven days of the cancellation. If no new appointment is booked within that period, the amount paid remains due and no refund can be granted.
If the rescheduled appointment is again cancelled late, it will be considered due and cannot be refunded or rescheduled again.
If you do not attend without prior notice, the appointment will be considered due. The amount paid cannot be refunded and, within a package, the session will be counted.
If the therapist cannot attend, the patient may choose a new slot according to availability. The session that could not take place will not be charged. If it was part of a package, it will not be counted against the remaining sessions.
If the patient arrives late, the session will still end at the time originally planned, so that following appointments are respected. The session remains payable in full.
Exceptional circumstances — in particular sudden illness, hospitalisation, an accident or a serious family event — will be considered case by case.
If you book a session by indicating that an assessment has already been carried out by another therapist, the report must reach me before the appointment.
If no report has reached me before the session, it cannot be devoted to therapy: it will be a conversation to get to know you and assess the situation. This session remains payable and is non-refundable.
