What data is collected here?

No data is kept by this site. It records nothing of its own and does not identify you. It counts its visits only if you have accepted, and that count is anonymous: it shows which pages are read, never by whom. The answers you give as you move through the booking steps stay in your browser for the duration of your visit: they are used only to open the right type of appointment, and are never sent to us.

Cookies

This site sets nothing of its own until you have accepted something, and it runs no advertising. On your first visit it asks whether you accept audience measurement: if you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies that count visits and pages read, without ever trying to establish who you are; if you decline, nothing is loaded and the site works exactly the same. Your answer, either way, is kept in your browser so you are not asked again. When you ask to see the booking calendar, the scheduling provider sets three, all strictly technical: they protect its service against bots and secure the submission of your booking. None is set until you have opened the calendar.

Outside providers

The following services operate on this site. The information you give them is handled under their own terms, available on their respective websites.

• Cal.com Scheduling and booking. Receives your name, your contact details, and the reason for consultation you selected at the previous step. Also receives your connection address when the calendar is displayed.
• Stripe Payment processing. Receives your card details, which this site never sees nor stores at any point.
• Google Forms Case-history questionnaire, completed after booking. Your answers go directly to the practitioner.
• Cloudflare Hosting of this site's pages. Processes your connection address for as long as it takes to serve the pages.
• Google Analytics Visit counting, only if you have accepted it. Receives the pages you view and your connection address, the end of which it does not keep. It receives neither your name, nor your contact details, nor your reason for consultation.

The reason for consultation

The reason you select is health information. It is neither recorded nor kept by this site: it is passed to the scheduling provider at the time of booking, so that the practitioner knows why you are consulting. Detailed medical history is never requested here: it is covered by a separate questionnaire, sent to the practitioner alone.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing. As this site keeps nothing, these rights are exercised with the provider concerned, or with Lola Desmé, who will pass your request on.
